Leak in waterline in Edenbrooke
The Sinnamon Park Residents Association reported a possible leak in a water pipe in the Edenbrooke Estate. Councillor Bourke ensured that Council officers promptly attended to the leak and on 13 January 2010 reported that Council advised him as follows:
"Recently there was a leak in the water line adjacent to 87 Edenbrooke Dr which was repaired by Brisbane Water. The broken/damaged concrete and the subsidence will be made safe by Asphalt Maintenance within the next two days. A request will be sent to Brisbane Water to repair the footpath."
