This development application is part of the CSR Industrial Development Proposal.

What is Planned?

Rezoning of the land strip abutting the creek (formerly part of the Edenbrooke development) to General Industry.

Current Status

This Development Application is no longer open for public consultation, as
a hearing was held on 16th May 08 and set down a 4 day trial to be held in
Oct/Nov.  We need to appoint experts by 20th June 08.

1. CSR has now advertised their final development application.

This development application seeks to create an INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT in an EMERGING COMMUNITY AREA (residential). It is the community's strongest case (all other applications had some form of industrial zoning) as it seeks to RECLASSIFY an area from residential to industrial.
